  • Products: The Balanced bodycare products sold by Ceolla.

  • Residents of India (currently we do not ship internationally).

6. Pricing & Payment

A. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional discounts are valid only during the specified period.

B. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – ₹50 charge

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU. We do not store card or bank details.

Failed transactions will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS within 24 hours.
  • Payment verification may take 1-2 business days.
  • Once verified, you will receive dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues
  • Fraudulent activity

8. Intellectual Property
